'Adell Clark Thompson, age 66 was born in Wayne County, May 22, 1946 the daughter of the late Sherman and Alcie Morrow Clark. She lost her fight with cancer, Tuesday morning, March 13th at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset.

On July 22, 1967 she was united in marriage with Earl Louis Thompson, who passed away February 13,2005. To this union one son, Jimmy Wade Thompson survives.

Also surviving are her sisters, Artie and her husband Jesse Hammond, Lucille Mize, Mary Sue and her husband Gary Cooper and brothers, Bro. Hurstle and Cloteen Clark and Robert Clark, with many nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.

She is preceded in death by her sisters, Addie Vaughn and Carrie Lee Sexton and her brother, Vernon Clark.

Mrs. Thompson had accepted Christ as her Savior and was a member of the Lower Turkey Creek Baptist Church.
