Agnes C. Bell was born on January 27, 1936, in the Oil Valley Community of Wayne County and departed this life on Friday, June 26, 2026, at the age of 90. She was the beloved daughter of the late Everett and Belle Coffey.

Agnes leaves behind a loving family to cherish her memory, including her son, Howard Bell (Althea); her grandchildren, Amelia Bell Pope (Ben) and Bradley Bell (Katie); and her great-grandchildren, Elisabeth Bell, Charlotte Bell, Anneliese Bell, and Madeleine Bell. She is also lovingly remembered by many other family members and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Everett and Belle Coffey, Agnes was preceded in death by her husband, Rondal Bell.

Agnes found joy in quilting and crocheting, creating pieces that reflected the care and love she shared with those around her. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, and her kindness and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to: Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
