'Alfred Ray Troxell, age 78 was born July 7, 1937, the son of the late Willie and Mollie Daniels Troxell. He departed this life Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at his home.
He was united in marriage with his wife Juanita Alley Troxell who survives. To this union three children survive: Teressa Worley, Lisa McCutchen and Roger Troxell.
Also surviving are his grandchildren: Jordan, Isaac, Cody, Whitney, Marcus and Caleb; great grandchildren: Daniel and Caroline; siblings: Ina Sexton, Grace Perdue and Ted Troxell.
Preceding him in death are his siblings: Frances Russell, Pearl Troxell, Robert, Ernest, Junior, Joe, Brad and Claude Troxell.
Alfred was employed in the wood manufacturing industry, working at Christian Mill, Gamble Brothers and Cumberland Wood and Chair. He also was employed by the Wayne County School System as a bus driver. Alfred had accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and was a member of the Piney Woods Mission at the time of his passing.
