'Anna Thornton Cloud was born April 9, 1928 the daughter of the late Claude and Willie Carrender Thornton. She departed this life Friday, November 16, 2012 at the Oneida Nursing and Rehab Center in Oneida, Tennessee.
She was united in marriage with Garland Cloud who passed away January 16, 2012.
She is survived by her son: Joe Hicks of Monticello; sister: Eula Clary of Cincinnati, Ohio and James Thornton of Monticello
Preceding her in death are her sister: Sophia Virginia Morris and brothers: Roy; Ralph and Robert Thornton.
