Anna Mae Holt Denney, age 91 of Monticello, Ky, passed away Friday, June 4 ^th ,2021 at her home.

She was born May 29 ^th ,1930 in Jamestown, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Barney and Minnie Clark Holt. She married Tom Denney who preceded her in death.

Anna had accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior and was a member of the Bethesda United Methodist Church.

She is survived by three grandchildren; Melissa Woodcock, Chris Denney, and John Denney, three great- grandchildren; Zeth, Lauren, and Hunter Denney, a daughter-in-law; Sharon Denney, and two sisters; Wanda Rolph and Priscilla Conatser.

In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by one son; Barney Tom Denney, one infant daughter; Wanda Ann Denney, one sister; Mary Sewell, and four brothers; Junior, Ray, Gilbert, and Gene Holt.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 8 ^th ,2021 from 11 am until 1 pm in the funeral home chapel.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday June 8 ^th ,2021 at 1 PM in the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Earnest Mann officiating.  Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Bethesda Methodist Church or Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
