Anna Lee Elam was born July 4, 1931 and departed this life Tuesday, January 5, 2021 reaching the age of 89 years. She was the daughter of (the late) Jacob Hays and Rosa Marie (Cooper) Keeton.

She married James Wallace Elam and to this union 2 children were born.

She is survived by: 1 daughter, Kimberley Ann Elam; 1 son, Jerry (Jodi) Wallace Elam; 2 sisters, Doris Hucaby and Joyce Roberts; 2 grandchildren, Lisa and Jared Elam; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, James Wallace Elam; and 1 brother, Jacob Billy Keeton.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 9, 2021 between 10 am – 12 pm at the Elk Spring Valley Baptist Church.  Graveside services will be held Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 1 pm at the Elk Spring Cemetery with burial to follow.
