'Aurelio -Leo- Mendoza, 7, was born in Puerto Rico, May 24, 1932 the son of the late Everisto and Maria Mendoza and departed this life, Tuesday morning at his home after an extended illness.

On May 20, 1953 he united in marriage with Zella Jones Mendoza who survives. To this 59 year union, three children survive: Oscar Mendoza and Virginia Kendrick both of Monticello and Rosemary Taylor of Georgetown. His sons: David and Richard Mendoza precedes him in death.

Also surviving are his grandchildren: Shane and Shaun Mendoza, Dana Tucker, Krista Sexton, Jamie Mendoza, Jonathan and Hannah Taylor: three great grandchildren: Hailey, Marissa and Logan: his sister, Pino Rivera and brother, Hennyo Mendoza.
