Barbara Rose of Monticello, Kentucky was born April 7, 1962, and departed this life Monday, November 14,2022 reaching the age of 60 years. She is the daughter of the late James Willard and Ruby Thompson New.

She is survived one son; James Rose, one sister; Coletta Edwards, and several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother; Darrell New.

Barbara had accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior many years ago and was a member of the Elk Ridge Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 18th from 11 AM until 1 PM in the funeral home chapel with funeral services following at 1PM. Burial will be in the Spann Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Gideons Memorial Bible Plan.
