'Barbara Faye Upchurch Vitatoe was born August 30, 1934 in Monticello, the daughter of the late Otto and Marie Upchurch. She departed this life, Tuesday, December 6th, at the Golden Years Nursing Home reaching an age of 82 years.

On August 1, 1953, she united in marriage with her husband of 61 years, Charles Louis Vitatoe who passed away August 23, 2014. To this union two sons survive: Steve Vitatoe and Doug (Connie) Vitatoe. An infant daughter: Debra Ann Vitatoe precedes him in death.

Also surviving are her grandchildren: Jacob and James (Mary)Vitatoe, Heather (Eric) Prince, Christie Townsend, Dusty and Kyle Vitatoe with several great grandchildren; her sisters: Mary Sue English and Glenda Conn with several other relatives and many, many friends to mourn her passing.

Barbara made her home on the farm where she worked alongside her husband. She accepted Christ as her Savior and was a member of the Lockett\u0027s Chapel Methodist Church for over 50 years.
