'Betty Ann Smith Carter, age 72 was born April 23, 1944 in Pike County, Kentucky. She departed this life Friday September 2nd at her home.
On November 29, 1986 she united in marriage with her husband John Douglas Carter, who survives. Surviving are her children: Donald Harrison, Jamie Gannon, Jodie Marie Ryon and Debbie Jenkins.
Also surviving are her grandchildren: Robbie Harrison, Victoria Gannon and Charlie Nicole Edmond and her great grandchild: Chase.
She is preceded in death by her siblings: Eddy Dean Smith and Grady Smith Jr.
Betty retired from the Orange County School System in Florida. She was a member of the Monticello OES and Parmley\u0027s Grove Baptist Church.

3PM Wednesday in the Funeral Home Chapel
