Billie J. Hogan was born July 7, 1934 and departed this life April 5, 2020 reaching the age of 85 years. She was the daughter of (the late) Bill Guy and Hazel (Campbell) Festervan.

She married Arthur Bullock and to this union 2 children were born.

She is survived by: 2 daughters, Rebecca Robison and Tina Thrush; 2 step-children, Michael Hogan and Debbie Sanford; 8 grandchildren and 5 step grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her first husband, Arthur Bullock; second husband, Bobby Wayne Hogan; and 1 sister, Jessie Mae Stroud.

She was a loving Mother, grandmother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

There will be no public service.
