'Billy Kay Massingale was born on September 27, 1944 to the late William and Jennie Massingale and departed this life on May 11, 2019 reaching the age of seventy-four years. He was married to his wife of 60 years, Edna Massingale who survives. To this union seven children where born; Dianna Guinn, William Bill Massingale, Jerry Massingale, Scotty Massingale, Lincoln Massingale, Ryan Massingale, and Damion Massingale, also surviving are 11 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his siblings; Irene Parker, Ruth Troxell, Jimmy Massingale, and Leroy Massingale, and a Great Grandchild Aiden Guinn.
Billy was a loving father and husband and will be forever missed.',
