Obituary
'Boyce Dean Foster was born May 19, 1933 in Wayne County to the late Thomas Jackson and Nellie Burk Foster. He passed away Monday, January 19, 2015 at his home in the Sumpter community reaching an age of 81.
He is survived by two daughters: Regina and husband Gerald Decker and Joann and her husband Stephen Pena. Also surviving are five grandchildren: Travis (Amy) Decker, Lucas Decker, Sean, Stephanie and Christian Pena. Surviving siblings are: Jo Carol Koger, Kermit, Dempsey, Gleason and Tom Foster.
He is preceded in death by his son: Mark Nelson Foster and siblings: Elva Bell, Gale, Gib, Ray, Clifford, Curtis and Howard Foster.
He accepted Christ as his Savior in 1960 and was a member of the Second Street Baptist Church.
Boyce spent most of his adult life working construction and was a dozer operator. He loved to hunt and growing big gardens. He was a friend to all and will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
