Brenda Sue Ledbetter of Monticello, Kentucky was born November 23, 1945 and departed this life Wednesday, August 2, 2023 reaching the age of 77 years. She was the daughter of the late Luther and Sarah Ann Hicks Troxell.

She is survived one son; Christopher Larry Roberts and his girlfriend, Sabra Dishman, two brothers; Hack Troxell and Donald Troxell, and one grandson; Jason Roberts and his Fiancé Kellie Hicks.

She was preceded in death by six sisters; Susie Gibson, Rosie Huffer, Mary Brewster, Margie Davis, Georgie Gleason, Linda Troxell, and four brothers; Ned Troxell, Robert Troxell, Carl Troxell, and Ernest Troxell.

Brenda had accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior many years ago and was a member of the Monticello Methodist Church.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 8th from 11AM until 1PM in the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services to follow at 1PM. Burial will be in the Taylor's Grove Cemetery.
