'Charles Logan "Junior' Barnes was born in Burnside, May 21, 1949 the son of the late James William Logan and Exie Fern Lyndon Barnes. He departed this life on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at Jean Waddle Hospice Care Unit in Somerset reaching an age of 69 years.
He was united in marriage with Marilyn Brumley Barnes who survives. To this 47-year union four children survive: Angela and husband Jeff Abshear, Charlotte and husband Jason Necessary, Charles and wife Tracy Barnes Jr and James and his wife Lora Barnes and 14 grandchildren: Jimmy and Amanda Gibson, Mikal, Alayna, Caleb, Micah and Elizabeth Abshear, Destiny and Chloe Necessary, Maria and Katrina Perkins, Courtney, Katy and Logan Barnes.
He is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Faith Necessary and his siblings: William, Betty Ann and George Barnes.
Charles had accepted Christ as his Savior and was a member of the Cabel Wesleyan Holiness Church where he served as Deacon.',
