Charlie Henry Martin was born September 22, 1938 and departed this life Wednesday, August 5, 2020 reaching the age of 81 years. He was the son of (the late) George Alvis and Florence Lilly (Denney) Martin.

He is survived by: 2 brothers, Lloyd and Logan Martin; several nieces and nephews; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: 2 brothers, Luid Martin and Melvin Martin; and 3 sisters, Martha, Leatrice and Mary Martin.

He was a loving brother, uncle, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 8, 2020 between 11am - 1 pm at the Clay Hill Baptist Church.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 1 pm at the Clay Hill Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Clay Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
