Obituary
'Chester Edward Pitman, age 53, the son of the late Floyd William Pitman and Marie Steele Pitman who survives, was born May 14th, 1955 in the Elk Ridge community of Wayne County. He departed this life September 18th, 2008 at his home.
He is survived by his wife Patricia O-Malley Pitman of Galesburg, IL. And children Kenneth Edward and Heather Marie Register, Brian Joseph, Stacy Marie and Crystal Jo Pitman; grandchildren; Zachery and Codi Register, Adriannah Huber, Sy Hager, Ariaunnah Register, Katelynn Newcomer, Esmeralda and Javier Mateo.
Also surviving are four brothers Jim, Ronnie, Tom, and Hobert Pitman and sisters Fronnie Swift, Linda Tucker, Mary Woods, Georgia Pitman and Connie Crabtree with several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Visitation:
Monday - September 22nd from 9AM to 1 PM
Funeral:
Monday at 1PM in the Funeral Home Chapel
Interment:
Pitman Cemetery',
