'Chloma Keith New was born June 24th, 1921, the daughter of the late Willie and Rebecca Jane Correll Keith. She departed this life, Saturday morning, April 25th at the Jean Waddle Hospice Care Center in Somerset, reaching an age of 93 years and 10 months of age.

On June 28, 1941 she united in marriage with Roscoe Lawrence New who passed away October 13, 2003. To this 62 year union six children survive: Mary Duncan, Bernice Duncan, Barbara McGlocklin, Robbin Foster, Gary New and Kenney New. Two children precedes her in death: Frances Decker and Marcellus New.

Also surviving are sixteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren, with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends remain to mourn her passing.

She is the last surviving member of the Willie Keith Family. She is preceded in death by her siblings: Clayton, Owen, Killus, Artie, Carrie, Lola and three infants; also her grandson and great grandson.

Chloma had accepted Christ as her Savior and was a lifetime and eldest member of the First Turkey Creek Baptist Church.
