Christine Brown was born February 9th, 1939, and departed this life January 6 ^th , 2022, reaching the age of 82 years.

She was the daughter of the late Perk and Mollie Mae Martin Chriswell.

She is survived by four sons; Dewayne Brown, Ricky Burke Sr., David Burke, and Jerry Burke, one brother; Herman Chriswell, two sisters: Irene Ballou and Ikey Smith, nine grandchildren; Ricky A. Burke Jr., Ashley Burke, Lindsey Burke, Jamie Burke, Whitney Bolen, Shandra Worley, Alicia Baker, Caitlyn Baker, and Heather Boston,  ten great grandchildren; Ryan Burke, Joshua Burke, Jared Burke, Zander Burke, Kaleb Edwards, Konan Bertram, Kinley Bertram, Jazlyn Meece, Coby Evans, Shea Paerry, and two great-great grandchildren; Hendrix Burke and Teagan Burke.

Along with her husband Clarence Brown she is preceded in death by two brothers; Scott and Carl Chriswell, and five sisters; Elsie Smith, Allene Upchurch, Nadine Tuck, Cathleen Buck, and Ima Jean Garrett.

Christine had accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior many years ago and was a member of the Whispering Pines Church.

The family will receive friends on Monday, January 10 ^th from 5PM until 8PM in the funeral home chapel. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 11th at 1PM in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will be in the Old Sandusky cemetery.
