'Christopher Hammond, age 61, passed away Friday morning March 8, 2019 at The Golden Years Nursing Home in Monticello. Christopher was preceded in death by his parents Joe Hammond and Mary Burris Hammond and one nephew Johnathan Hammond. Christopher is survived by his brothers Thomas, Phillip, Jerry, Timothy, Lewis, Melvin, and Robin Hammond and one sister Martha Hammond Tibbs. He is also survived by 1 nephew and 5 nieces, as well as 2 great nieces and 3 great nephews. There will be no funeral services at this time. There will be a graveside service in the Morrow Cemetery for the family in May, date and time TBA later.',
