Cinda Dobbs of Monticello, Kentucky was born September 22,1973 and departed this life Wednesday, April 20 th 2022, reaching the age of 48 years.
She is survived by her mother; Edna Mae Penticuff Dobbs and one brother Tim Dobbs.
Cinda had accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior many years ago.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 23,2022 at 1PM at the Elk Spring Cemetery Pavilion.
