Clarie Foster of Monticello, Kentucky was born March 15,1934 and departed this life Thursday, March 9 ^th , 2023 reaching the age of 88 years. She was the daughter of the late Isaac Obie and Lenora Bell Barrier and the widow of the late Arnold Ray Foster.

She is survived by one daughter; Sandra (Don) Bell, and two sons; Billy Joe (Elizabeth) Foster and Frankie Lane (Kelly) Foster, three grandchildren; William Foster, Mary Shaw, and Jennifer Finkenstadt, and eight great-grandchildren; Dalton and Sarah Foster, Bobby and Matthew Shaw, McKenzie Finkenstadt, Ethan, Elijah, and Lakin Bell.

Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by four sisters; Helen Odell, Myrtle Boyles, Gladys Dabney, Beatrice Hensley, four brothers; Cedrick Barrier, Virgil Barrier, Larry Barrier, Bobby Barrier, and one grandson; Adam Bell.

Clarie had accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior many years ago and was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 15 ^th from 10AM until 12PM in the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services following at 12PM. Burial will be in the Barrier Cemetery.
