Cloie Tucker was born February 24, 1937 and departed this life Friday, January 22, 2021 reaching the age of 83 years. She was the daughter of (the late) Marvin and Dina (Clark) Tucker.

She married Junior Tucker and to this union 6 children were born.

She is survived by: 2 daughters, Linda Carol (Tifford) Tucker and Brenda Sue (Jeff) Tucker; 4 sons, Roy Wayne (Linda), Johnny Lee, Bruce Glenn (Teresa) and Hank Wesley (Myra) Tucker; 3 sisters, Mary Simpson, Cennie Tucker and Elvia Holycross; 1 brother, James Tucker; 10 grandchildren, Daniel Tucker, Brian Tucker, Brandie Tucker, Ashley Tucker, & Timothy Tucker, Whitney Creech, Joshua Tucker, Jessica Rose, Jason Tucker, and Cody Dunagun; 3 step grandchildren, Miranda West, Deana Keith and Brittany Shakelford; 14 great-grandchildren; 9 step great-grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by: her husband, Junior Tucker; 5 sisters Rosie Correll, Julie Tucker, Lucy Tucker, Oreda Tucker and Bertha Southwood; 2 brothers, Marcus and Ullis Tucker; 1 granddaughter, Samantha Tucker; and 1 daughter-in-law, Sherry Tucker.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 between 5 pm and 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held, Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 1 pm at the Hickey Funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the Samantha Tucker Cemetery.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation and upon recommendations from the Governor's Office for Funeral Homes, there will be some restrictions for service attendance.  You are asked to please wear a mask or facial covering and observe the social distancing guidelines.  No communal food or drinks are allowed at this time.  Please feel free to sign the online guestbook or send a private condolence message through out website.
