Connie Lee Hurt of Somerset, Kentucky was born July 3, 1944 and departed this life Monday, December 4, 2023 reaching the age of 79 years. She was the wife of Larry Franklin Hurt and daughter of the late Joseph Manes and Mary Himes Mincer.

Along with her husband, she is survived one daughter; Vicky Olson, one sister; Kellie (Gary) Rosenfeld, two grandchildren; Brittany (Billy) Gilford, Stacey Hurt and companion TJ Shively, two great grandchildren; Jayden Gilford and Kamden Shively, one niece; Lora Rosenfeld, three nephews; Matt Smith, Jason Smith, and Doug Bolton and one son in law; Terry Smith.

She was preceded in death by her son; Eddie Warren Hurt, two sisters; Vickie Jo Bolton and her husband Tom, and Melody Smith.

Connie had accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior many years ago and was a member of the Saline Baptist Church of Somerset, Kentucky.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 8th from 11AM until 1PM in the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services to follow at 1PM. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
