'Dallas Ray Troxell, age 82 was born September 7, 1930 the son of the late Raymond and Lola Barnett Troxell. De departed this life Sunday morning, June 16th at the Thomson-Hood Veterans Center in Wilmore, Kentucky.

On April 10, 1960 he united in marriage with his wife of 53 years: Hilma Lois Malone Troxell who survives. Surviving are eight children: Patricia Parmley, Dwight Dobbs, Barbara Craig, Stevie Dobbs, Randy Troxell, Gary Dobbs, Priscilla Miggenburg and Ricky Dobbs.

Also surviving are 18 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and three sisters: Joyce Fuller, June Clark and Janet Kidd.

Dallas served his country with honor during the Korean War and served his Lord as a member of the New Hope Baptist Church.
