Dan William Shepherd was born, on August 2, 1949, and departed this life Friday, January 12, 2024, reaching the age of 74 years. He was the son of (the late) Willie and Evelyn (Stinson) Shepherd.

He is survived by 4 sons, Dan (Shawna) Shepherd, Sam Shepherd, John Shepherd, and Jared Shepherd; 1 daughter, Christina (Ollie) Bailey; 3 sisters, Peggy (Lenny) Brown, Caroline (Ed) Coyne, and Brenda Shepherd; 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sally Gene (Troxell) Shepherd; 1 brother, Jessie Shepherd; and 1 sister, Sharon Visnic.
