'David Lee Decker was born December 13, 1944 the son of the late William Stokley and Emma Lowe Decker. He departed this life Thursday, May 3rd at the Jean Waddle Hospice Care Center in Somerset reaching an age of 72 years. He is survived by his children: Bryan and his wife Dawn Decker and Bettina Jill Decker; and grandchildren: Dylan Decker and Natasha Retzlaff. Also surviving are his siblings: Ruby Jean Evans, William Hobert Decker and Bobby Decker and half brothers and sisters: Debbie Bell, Dottie Tucker, Paula Matthews, Billy and Bro. Jimmy Decker. His sister, Mary Alice Quinn precedes him in death. David served his country with honor in the United States Navy. On April 30th,2017 he accepted Christ as his Savior.
