Obituary
'David Dwane East age 48, was born March 3, 1965, the son of the late Donald East and Patricia Burkhart Smith who survives. He passed Tuesday morning, December 17th.
He is survived by his wife: Debbie Taylor East and two children: Brittney LaShae and husband Ben Dolen and his son: Austin East. Also surviving is his mother: Pat and her husband Clyde Smith and brothers: Donnie, Rocky, Tony, Johnny and Chris East.
David was a youth worker with the Lake Cumberland State Boys Camp for many years and was a member of the Methodist Church.
Visitation:
Thursday evening from 5 to 9
Funeral:
11 AM Friday in the Funeral Home Chapel
Interment:
Medow Creek Methodist Church Cemetery.',
