'David Joseph Phelan, age 51 was born March 8th, 1959 in Indianapolis, Indiana the son of Barbara Faye Coffey and Theodore Joseph Phelan of Monticello. He departed this life, Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at Saint Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.He is survived by his parents; three children, Jeramiah Joseph Phelan, Jessica Faye Phelan and Kyle Jason Stepheson; three grandchildren, Kaitlyn Marie Phelan, Josiah Almond Phelan and Brennan Alexander Stepheson.Also surviving are his sisters, Rhonda Faye Mitchell and JaLane Marie Reese and two brothers, Mark Theodore Phelan and Stanley Patrick Phelan with several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
