'David Ray Alexander was born October 28, 1936 the son of the late Ray and Bessie Nevada Henneger Alexander. He departed this life early Saturday morning, December 24th at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset.On December 30, 1980, he united in marriage with his wife of 25 years, Shirley Ann Russell Alexander who passed away November 28, 2006.He is survived by his sister: Doris Ruth Alexander Bentley and her husband Andersen. His nephew Johnathon Ray and wife Nicolle Alexander and their son Issac Ray Alexander and cousins, Samatha Ruth Alexander Beaty, Malcom Allen Beaty and Genevieve Ellen Beaty. Also surviving are his step children: Terri Cox, Kimberly Charbononneau and Diana Chandler. His step son, William Thomas Bich precedes him in death.David was preceded in death by his brothers: Earl Ralph Alexander and Joe Reed Alexander.David was a form Wayne County Circuit Court Clerk, he was retired from Belden Wire and Cable and a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints.
