Delbert Thomas Williams of Monticello, Kentucky was born April 6, 1947 and departed this life Monday, May 1, 2023 reaching the age of 76 years. He was the son of the late Lee and Ovadean Rigney Williams and husband of the late Mary Troxell Williams.

He is survived by one daughter; Mamie Williams, three grandchildren Amy (John) Jackson, Jason Perry, Joshua Perry, two great grandchildren; Sage Jackson and Sonny Jackson, along with one nephew, and several nieces.

Along with his wife, he was preceded in death by his one sister; Gladys Foster and one brother; Johnny Wayne Williams.

Delbert attended the Pentecostal Church in Albany, Kentucky.

A graveside service will be held Friday, May 5 ^th at 4PM in the Hurt Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Delbert Williams Memorial Fund care of Hickey Funeral Home.
