'Delia Francis Simpson
Delia Francis Simpson, age 52 was born March 16, 1956 the daughter of the late Gilbert and the late Wanda Piercy Sexton. She lost her battle with cancer, Monday, August 18, 2008 at her home in the Rogers Grove Community.
Surviving are her daughters, Margina and her husband Sam Guffey and Samantha and her husband Ryan Jones both of Monticello and her beloved granddaughter, Haley Marie Guffey. Also surviving is her sister, Sula Mink and brothers, Bobby Sexton, Calvin Sexton, Gary Piercy and Alvin Sexton with several nieces-, nephews, other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Delia had accepted Christ as her Savior and was a faithful member of the Rogers Grove Baptist Church.
