'Dina Gregory Coffey, age 89 was born September 9th, 1923 in the Coopersville community of Wayne County the daughter of the late Rhodes and Mattie Bell Gregory. She departed this life Monday morning, December 31, 2012 at the Golden Years Nursing Home.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Inmon Coffey. Surviving are three daughters: Emalene Brown; Irene Gregory and Thelma Gregory. Two children: Homer and Della Lou Coffey precede her in death.

Also surviving is her bother: Leonard Gregory and sister: Lona Pitman; ten grandchildren: Sheila Ferguson; Melissa Sue Bertram; Cynthia Diane Gregory; Susan Michelle Chaplin; Earnest Dwight Gregory; Jason Gregory; Shawn Jones; Kevin Jones; Eric Gregory and Brian Gregory; 19 great grandchildren; four step great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren, with many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

She is preceded in death by her grandson; Johnny Mack Brown; and five siblings.

As a young lady Mrs. Coffey had accepted Christ as her Savior and united with the Concord Baptist Church and was a member of the Sandusky Chapel Baptist Church at the time of her passing.
