Donald Otiss Piercy of Monticello, Kentucky was born April 2 ^nd , 1959, and departed this life Wednesday, February 8 ^th ,2023 reaching the age of 63 years. He was the son of the late Essie and Mary Alice Dishman Piercy.

He is survived by one sister, Eva (Ernest) Buck, two brothers; Dallas (Connie) Piercy, and Frank Piercy, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by one sister; Ella Piercy, one infant sister; Niva Piercy, two brothers; Robert Peercy, Mack Peercy, and three infant brothers; Hershell, Piercy, Paul Piercy, and Lee Piercy.

Donald had accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior many years ago and was a member of the Separate Union Baptist Church.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, February 11 ^th at 2PM at the Chestnut Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Donald Piercy Memorial Fund care of Hickey Funeral Home.
