'Donnie Kay Jones was born July 17, 1953 the son of the late Homer Jones and Beatrice Gilbert Jones who survives. He passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital reaching an age of 65 years.
Surviving are his siblings: Gloria Decker, Fay and husband Danny Coffey, Rosemary and Husband Claude Foster, Sylvia and husband Lyle David Bell, Kenneth and wife Katy Jones, Lee and wife Wilma Jones, Porter Jones and Ed and his wife Kathy Jones.
He is preceded in death by his father and brother, Johnny Jones and an infant sister, Emma Jean Jones.
In his short life Donnie had worked in the mines, in the lumber industry and American Woodmark. As a young many Donnie accepted Christ as his Savior and was a member of the Concord Baptist Church.',
