'Dorothy Sherline Perkins Guffey was born on April 14, 1949 in Cinncinatti, Ohio to the late Leroy and Flonnie Brewer Perkins, and passed away Tuesday August 7, 2018 at the home of her Daughter in Albany, Ky surrounded by her loving family.
She is survived by her children; Joanna Crabtree of Albany, Ky, Chris Stradtman and his wife Jenina of Monticello, Ky, Jeff Stradtman and his wife Vicki of Coos Bay, Oregon, Athony Stradtman and his wife Brandi of Virginia, and Joey Foster of Lexington, Kentucky.
Also surviving is her brother; Dwight Perkins, 13 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. Along with a host of family and friends to mourn her passing.
She is preceded in death by her brother Ralph Perkins.
Dorothy had accepted Christ as her Savior and was a member of the Living Faith Pentecostal Church.',
