Obituary
'Edward Kay Coffey, age 70 was born March 22, 1938 the son of the late Oscar and Lizzie Mae Keeton Coffey. He departed this life Wednesday evening, March 4th at the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington.
He was united in marriage with Christeen Worley Coffey who precedes him in death.
He is survived by his son, Anthony Coffey and stepchildren, Shirley Carver, Jean Oliver, Betty Corder, David and Eddie Burton and Lawrence Buster.
Also surviving are two grandchildren, Joshua and Sabrina and a great grandchild, Kamrie; 17 step grandchildren and several step great-great grandchildren; sisters, Christine Chriswell, Geneva Baker, Elneda Craig, Sue Stockton and brothers, Raymond and Billy Coffey.
His brother, Elwood Coffey precedes him in death.
Edward had accepted Christ as his Savior and was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church.

Funeral:
1 PM Saturday in the Funeral Home Chapel

Sherd Dobbs Cemetery, McCreary County, KY',
