'Eileen Fisher Parrigin of Monticello, KY passed away December 21st, two days before her 90th birthday. Eileen was born in Winlaton, England the daughter of the late Thomas and Elizabeth Fisher. Her family later moved to New Castle on Tyne where she spent most of her childhood and teenage years. She came to the United States in 1946, became a citizen and lived in Monticello, Wayne County, Kentucky the rest of her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Abel Parrigin; her daughter, Joy Lee Parrigin Jones.

Surviving is her daughter Linda Susan Parrigin; her grandson Ben and wife Gretchen Jones; granddaughter, Emily and her husband Joe Angilella; and three great grandchildren, Will and Luke Jones and Sophia Angilella.
