Obituary
'Elvin Ray Pyles, age 62 was born in the Slickford community of Wayne County, October 7, 1952 the son of the late Willard and Ina Marie Hughes Pyles. He departed this life Tuesday evening at his home surrounded by his loved ones.
On June 24, 1990 he united in marriage with Vicki Lynn Gossage who survives.
Also surviving is his son, Jason Pyles of Indiana and his sister, Ella Mae Pyles Murray.
Ray is preceded in death by his older brother, Alvin Kay Pyles and an infant sister, Elsie.
Ray had accepted Christ as his Savior and was a faithful member of the Canada Creek Baptist Church.
