Ernest Parris of Monticello, Kentucky was born January 25 ^th ,1941 and departed this life June 1 ^st ,2022 reaching the age of 81 years. He was the son of the late Mary Elizabeth Parris.

He is survived by his nieces and nephews; Nancy, Donna, Marilyn, Bobbie Jo, Roger, and Ricky. He was preceded in death by one sister; Regina Parris Cowan.

Ernest had accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior many years ago and was a longtime member of the Pleasant View Church.

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 6 ^th from 11AM until 1PM in the funeral home chapel with funeral services following at 1PM. Burial will be in the Monticello Cemetery.
