'Erstle Dwayne New, age 47 was born in Indianapolis, Indiana June 16, 1963 the son of Erstle James New and Marjorie Louise Brake New, both of whom survive. He lost his long struggle with cancer Sunday morning, June 20th, at his home in the Steubenville community.

On December 27, 1997 he was united in marriage with Carol Lynn Bradshaw who also survives with her daughters, Lorrie Young and LaBreeska Young.

Also surviving are four grandchildren, Chelsea Bridgeman, Kresley Burnette, Braxton Young and Tyler Stigall and his sister, Sherry New and brother, Terry New with numerous other relatives and many friends to mourn his passing.

Dwayne served his country with honor in the United States Army and worked for several years with Averitt Express. As a young man he accepted Christ as his Savior and became a member of the Spann Hill Baptist Church and attended the Harvest Time Tabernacle as his health permitted him.
