­­­­­­­­­­Ethel Frances Moore was born July 8, 1935, in Monticello, Kentucky, and departed this walk of life Saturday, July 25, 2026, reaching the age of 91 years. She was the daughter of the late Isaac Henry Burke and Colona Beatrice (Brown) Burke.

She is survived by her children, Stephen Burke Moore (Maribelle) and Juliann M. Lyons (Edwin); 10 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents Issac Burke and Colona (Brown) Burke; she was preceded in death by her husband Raeburn Norris Moore.

Ethel taught 3rd grade for 27 years and treasured the many children who passed through her classroom. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Respecting the wishes of her family, services will remain private.
