Flonnie Madeline Hicks, age 89 of Monticello, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, September 5 ^th ,2021 at the Clinton Co. Care and rehab.

She was born July 23 ^rd ,1932 in Wayne County, the daughter of the late Harrison and Sarah McGinnis Stinson and the widow of the late Mintford "Beardy" Hicks.

She is survived by four sons; Harold (Donna) Hicks, Jay (Patricia) Hicks, Lester Hicks, Dexter (Darlene) Hicks, three daughters; Kathlene (David) Johnson, Marlene Stringer and Fiancé Dwight Dobbs, Tina Carter and Fiancé Jay Hatton, two brothers: Don Stinson, Kaleb Stinson, one sister; Sylvia Cotner, fourteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.

Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by two infant brothers; Leonard Stinson and Hesco Stinson, one brother; Elmer Stinson, five sisters; Ada Dishman, Madie Lowe, Zadia Morgan, Hattie Dishman, and Vannie Stinson, and one infant grandson; Hollis Hicks.

Flonnie had accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior many years ago and was a member of the Faith House of Prayer.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 8 ^th ,2021 from 5PM until 8PM in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 9 ^th at 1 PM in the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Marty Clark and Bor. Mike Fletcher officiating. Burial will be in the Hicks Cemetery.
