­­­­­­­­­­­­­Forrest Perkins was born July 7, 1936, and departed for his heavenly home Friday, August 2, 2024, reaching the age of 88 years. He was the son of the late Mack Leonard and Vena Lee (Burke) Perkins.

He is survived by his Sons- Craig (Lisa C) Perkins and Jeff (Lisa B) Perkins;1 brother-Roger Perkins; 3 Sisters- Linda Baker, Joanne Brown and Mitzi Smith. Grandchildren- Wesley Perkins, Jarrett Perkins, Mandi Payton (Elvie Shane), Jordan (Brittany) Perkins, Jason (Tori) Perkins. Great Grandchildren- Caleb Perkins, Jett Perkins, Indy Tate Perkins and Zaelyn Journey Payton. Along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents Mack and Vena Perkins, he was preceded in death by Brothers- Michael Perkins, Rocky Perkins and Bro. Anson Perkins; and One Sister- Peggy Baker.

He was a loving Father, Grandfather and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Forrest was a long-standing member of Sandusky Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, from 11 AM – 1 PM in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at 1 PM at the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the New Sandusky Cemetery.
