Frances Ramsey was born June 5, 1931, in Monticello, KY, and departed for her heavenly home, Wednesday, December 4, 2024, reaching the age of 93 years. She was the daughter of the late Francis Marion Burke and Flora (Brown) Burke.

She is survived by her Sons: Terry Ramsey (Deva), Chester Ramsey (Jill) and Tony Ramsey (Sylvia); Daughter: Glenda Turner (Johnny);8 Grandchildren: Amy Huff (Tyler), Brandy Patton, Shana Rose (Glenn), Mary Ramsey (Brandon), Brooke Corder (Dylan), Priscilla Turpin, Ashley Hoover (Dewayne) and Ashley Teater (Josh);14 Great-Grandchildren: Savannah Ramsey, Amelia Ramsey, Kaiden Ramsey, Kelsey Patton, Kase Parrish, Lauren Rose, Kylie Rose, Haylee Huff, Abigail Huff, Bain Teater, Brooks Teater and Brayden Turpin. Along with a host of family and friends who morn her passing.

In addition to her parents Francis and Flora Burk, she was preceded in death by her loving husband Lewis Ramsey; 3 sisters: Edna Burke, Blanche Muse, Mable Smith; 1 Daughter-in-law and 3 Great-Grandchildren.

She was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 5 PM – 8 PM in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 8, 2024, at 2 PM at the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
