Obituary
'Fredric Carter Smith was born March 27, 1935 in Wayne County to the late Leroy Houston and Minnie E. Catron Smith and passed away February 17, 2014 at the Wayne County Hospital reaching the age of seventy eight years.
On August 18th, 1997 he united in marriage with Ruth Grace Bell Smith, who survives. Also surviving is his son, Fredric Wayne Smith of Indianapolis, Indiana and his brother, George Smith of Tennessee along with nieces and nephews to mourn his passing.
He is preceded in death by his siblings, Shirley Phillis, Nora Smith Burnett, Stella Smith Burnett, Mary Smith Hurt, Ermon Smith Blevins, Alta Mae Smith Cooper, Everett, Luther, Herbert W., Eugene, Millard, Johnny Martin, Fletcher, Pryor and Lester W. Smith.
Fredric was of the Apostolic faith and attended the Jesus Name Church of the Apostolic Faith, as long as his health permitted
Visitation:
5 to 9 PM Tuesday in the Funeral Home Chapel
Funeral:
11 AM Wednesday in the Chapel of the Funeral Home
