'Gene Spencer Guinn was born on May 3, 1961 and passed away on Wednesday July 25, 2018 reaching an age of fifty - seven years. On July 30, 1983 he united in marriage to Mary Dalton Guinn who survives. To this 34 year union one son, Lucas Guinn and his wife Jenna survive.
Also surviving is his mother; Geneva McKinnley Guinn, and his siblings; Brenda, Wanda, and Dennis Guinn.
His father Luther Guinn precedes him in death.
Gene retired from the Department of Juvenile Justice and had enjoyed farming since his retirement. Gene had accepted Christ as his Savior and was a member of the First Baptist Church.',
