Geneva Ruth West of Monticello, Kentucky was born April 20,1934 and departed this life Tuesday, March 21,2023 reaching the age of 88 years. She was the daughter of the late Obie Guy and Nanny Bell McCutchen and widow of the late Russell West.

She is survived by one daughter; Lisa Michelle (Jeff) Perkins, one stepdaughter; Shana (Terry) Clingerman, two sons; Larry Paul (Judi) Bates and Obie Gordon (Regina) Bates, two sisters; Emma Brumley and Phyllis Dalton, nine grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.

Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by one sister; Alta Faye McCutchen.

Geneva had accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior many years ago and was a member of the Bethesda Methodist Church.

The family will receive friends on Friday, March 24 ^th from 11AM until 1PM in the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel with funeral service following at 1PM.
