'George A. Cowan, age 78, the husband of Nina Mae Cowan and the father of Mildred Coffey, Frances Allen, Hazel Cowan, Alice Perkins, Phyllis Cowan, Ada Waddle, Mitchell and George Cowan Jr.
Also surviving is his brother, Asberry Cowan and four grandchildren.
