Obituary
'Dr. Gerald Ray Pratt, age 65 was born February 14, 1949 in Johnson County, Kentucky the son of the late Frank and Lola Lovely Pratt. He departed this life on December 16th at the Jean Waddle Hospice Care Center.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Smith-Pratt and his two children Robert and his wife Jamie Pratt of Lexington and Martha Pratt of Monticello and one sister; Judy Pratt of Paintsville, Kentucky.
Dr. Pratt was one the founding Physicians with Monticello Medical Associates and cared for his patients as long as his health would allow. He was an avid Fishman and sportsman, active in the Wayne County Bass Club and supporter of the Wayne County High School Fishing Team. As a young man Gerald had accepted Christ as his Savior and was a member of the Methodist Church.
